All equipment sales are generally considered final once the purchase is completed, unless otherwise stated in writing by Dickerson's Equipment. Used tractors, skid steers, backhoes, farm equipment, and heavy equipment are sold based on the condition, specifications, and information available at the time of sale.
Customers are encouraged to inspect equipment, request additional photos or videos, and ask questions before purchasing.
Eligible parts may be considered for return if they are unused, uninstalled, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and documentation. Special-order parts, electrical components, opened parts, installed parts, and custom-sourced items may not be eligible for return.
